Introduction of Super Acucare
Super Acucare is an acupuncture clinic established in 2008. In the past 17 years, we have helped thousands of our patients to regain their health through our treatment. Our office is located near the Center City of Philadelphia, PA.

Acupuncture is an ancient medical technique that has been used in East Asia for more than 3,000 years. Acupuncture regulates our body's vital energy called "Qi". Similar to blood circulates throughout our body, Qi also has pathways throughout our body called "meridians". However, unlike our blood vessels, the Qi meridians are not visible to us. Although the energy or Qi is invisible, the evidence of Qi and meridians are everywhere. For example, when the Qi meridian is blocked, we will have pains such as sciatica pain, neck and shoulder pain, etc. Or, when the energy of meridians is not balanced, our body will have many chronic illness symptoms such as headache, constipation, etc. For the older patient, it is common that their energy becomes weak. While this occurs, symptoms like lower back aching and many energy-related symptoms are likely to appear. Acupuncture helps to unblock the Qi in the meridians, restore balance, and strengthen Qi or energy in your body.

The energy (or Qi) can also cause emotional problems. Our emotion is shown in the form of energy, as the word "emotion" stands for "energy in motion". Emotion problems are caused by excessive experiences of certain emotions over time, as such they need to be processed and restored from time to time. Like we maintain our vehicles regularly to ensure their best performance, we should give ourselves a chance to service ourselves to ensure our performance is at its best.

Our body is a whole entity that combines our physical body and our mind. In a healthy person, these energy systems should have an ample amount of energy and circulate smoothly throughout your entire body. The energy systems of each organ should maintain a good balance with each other and should work in harmony. There are times, however, when these energy systems become out of balance due to external environmental conditions or excessive internal emotions. Acupuncture treatment can fine-tune, and re-balance your energy systems; optimize the performance of your body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is to support you to have a healthier and happier life.

I wasn't sure what to expect when we first arrived as it relates to the quality of the massage. I left very pleased with my massage, 1 of the best massages I ever had..thank u Amy! This is not the place to go if ur looking for luxurious amenities that exist at some of the higher-end spa however if ur looking for a good deep tissue massage, I recommend this place..specifically Amy. We are planning to go quarterly.
